📦 Shipping & Handling
I ship nightmares with care.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days (not including weekends or the full moon).
•Carriers: Canada Post unless otherwise stated.
•Tracking: Provided for all parcels—yes, even the haunted ones.
•International orders: Customs may apply, and sadly, I can’t bribe the undead at the border.📜 Proof of Purchase & Certificates
Each original piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity—proof that the madness is 100% mine.
Keep this for your records, or to show your therapist one day.
🔙 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of each piece (and the occasional blood, sweat, and tears involved), I do not accept returns or exchanges.
But if your order arrives damaged or haunted in the wrong way, contact me within 48 hours. I’ll make it right—no exorcism fee required.
🧼 Care Instructions
•Do not get wet. Think of them as precious gremlins.
•Do not hang in direct sunlight unless you want your vampire art to burn.
•Keep out of reach of pets, children, and anyone easily disturbed.
💀 Custom Orders
Custom commissions are welcome but must be paid upfront—I don’t work for exposure or promises made in blood.
Turnaround times vary. Patience is appreciated; summoning demons takes time.
